1. After your test, if you DO NOT see the fish swimming in the aquarium, CLICK HERE to check that you have FLASH installed in your browser or download the required plug-in.
2. Corporate/personal firewalls and virus protection software can create access problems. In advance of the online meeting, please consult with your Technical Staff (IT Support Department) and request that software such as Norton and McAfee is disabled.
3. If applicable, disable your Pop-Up Blocker (all standalone or antivirus enabled blockers).
