If you are experiencing difficulties, first disable all corporate and personal firewall software.

Avoiding Technical Difficulties:

1. Corporate/personal firewalls and virus protection software can create access problems. In advance of the Webinar, please consult with your Technical Staff (IT Support Department) and request that software such as Norton and McAfee is disabled.

2. If applicable, disable your Pop-Up Blocker (all standalone or antivirus enabled blockers).
