vLink Live is an exciting new concept which does allow voice over the internet or even live video using webcams and camcorders as you share a conversation and deliver slide presentations as part of a webinar or personal collaboration session. Our focus is to communicate with an audience on the internet at a very personal level and build a relationship with warmth and trust, just as you would do if you were meeting face to face. Simulating the real-life experience is our specialty.
Using video, audio and collaboration components, you are able to “greet” your guests in your virtual reception area and then walk them to the most appropriate meeting room, depending on the reason for their visit. We insert into our software, actual photographs of your corporate meeting facilities to create an environment that duplicates your own boardroom, conference room, training room, personal office and reception area. In this way, after a cordial welcome, you can direct your guests to a comfortable chair, just as you would in person. Once everyone is seated in the most appropriate environment designed to support your message, you can then show your product literature, PowerPoint presentations, product demonstrations, customer testimonials or pre-recorded video information. We’ve tried to replicate the in-office experience online – to eliminate the issues of travel and cost yet provide most of the benefits of an in-person meeting.
